its not normal dear. you should confront him, maybe he likes your female cousin or they have relation. but, don't jump to conclusion, maybe he just need someone to talk with whenever your not around. be frank to them. tell them that you do not feel comfortable when they are together. but maybe he will be angry if you will confront them, when this happens, i think, they have relation.
