  • This is suppose to be done by the police. They are suppose to do an investigation. They are suppose to take him into custody for questioning when she calls the police. They should have sent the police and the ambulance. That is protacal in these type of situations. The fact that they didn't is a fail of the justice system. They are also suppose to do a rape kit on the victems.

      For Example:
      In South Africa, a rape case is reported on average every 4 minutes.
      It is believed that only 1 in every 7 rapes are reported in the first place.
      1 in every 3 South African women will be raped at least once at some point in her life.
      How could the relatively small police force possibly keep up with a statistic like that?

      If OP lives in an area where the law is enforced, she should do everything that she can to have him permanently locked up in jail and, failing that, at least keep him away from her children.
