Is it normal that my hands and feet feel weird in the morning?

For as long as I can remember, my hands have felt tingly, numb and a little bit swollen in the morning. It's difficult to make a fist in the morning. Is this normal? I have a lot of foot pain and foot injuries from dancing, and I assumed that my foot swelling/numbness in the morning was due to those. A doctor mentioned that this could be because of something like a wheat allergy or diabetes. What do you think?

It's because you're sleeping with your hands curled up.

Get a pair of those carpal tunnel hand braces and wear them when you sleep.

I get that too when i wake up in the morning! my foot is all swollen and numb and it's because my other leg was pressed on top of it and i think it cut off the blood flow to my foot.
