  • stimulate your hair follicles by massaging your scalp with your fingertips when applying shampoo. This will likely increase the rate of hair growth...it worked for me

  • I use a shampoo called JASON tall grass, it's organic and protein based. It really helps.

  • that's normal.

if you want to grow your hair out talk to your stylist.

Usually regular trims help you grow your hair out faster. Why? Because the trims get rid of the split ends, which gives you stronger hair. If you don't get rid of those then the ends of your hair will weaken and break off more easily.

  • ^ Everyone knows your hair grows at the roots not the end! WTF!?!

  • Your hair grows at ure scalp not your ends. If you have highlites you will see that your hair grows. Each month your hair is suppose to grow to that 1/4 or 1/6 each month it takes time

  • there's really nothing you can do. You can try and eat more protein since that is what hair is made of. It's normal for your hair to grow at that speed.
