    He wants to see what you look now? Have you two seen each other? Do you not care or not curious to know what he looks like grown up either? I am a guy and if I haven't seen a friend in some years, I would like to see what they look like out of being curious.

      We speak on Facebook, whatsapp etc, I just found it odd him randomly asking me to send him a pic. He knows what I look like.

        He probably thought there was a chance you would "get it" and send him a pic of you naked. He didn't want to say it outright because you might be offended.

        Cause like, us guys know, a lot of girls secretly have naked pics of them on their phones.

        Does he want a picture of you to put as on his phone contact of you? Did you ask him why he wanted the picture? I do not do the whole Facebook thing so I am unaware of that whole scene.
