At the very least it is being disrespectful to you that she isnt considering how you are feeling about the whole situation at the worst she is rampantly cheating on you.
Either scenario doesnt seem appealing to me at all. It has nothing to do with her being an object that you own or anyone owns, its respect for the relationship she enjoys with you that should cause her a moment of pause in doing something like this.
Its a very rare scenario, really almost impossible for heterosexual males and females to be just "friends" there has to be enormous amounts of sexual tension going on.
