If you don't feel comfortable with something sexually, your partner really ought to understand. If she needs it, though, then you guys might just not be very compatible. Sexual urges seem to intensify when they're not satisfied.
Could you like maybe get one of those punching machines and have her use it on herself? But you should document it and get her to sign something in advance. No haters, please, but I'm a girl and I can tell ya, there's a MASSIVE double standard when it comes to physicality. You don't want her to get angry at you and claim later that you struck her.
