Obviously i dont know the whole story, but she goes to college and works, that in itself is a lot of time not to mention all the studying. 22 is still young and girls do need to have girl time and fun and all that so you cant really blame her there. However, she still does need to make time for you because you are in a committed relationship together. I would have a talk with her and tell her how you feel.
