First thing is first, don't over think things. She could truly just enjoy being with her best friend. That shouldn't be the issue. You should just sit her down and let her know you miss being with her and that you know everyone needs their own personal space but you are in a relationship with each other and that should mean you like to actually be with each other, even if that is only 1min in the day. I would then ask her if there is something wrong?
Either that or she is having a lesbian fling with her best friend lol (jokes...well, you never know)
