    It was never a habit, but something that is naturally occurring since childhood and I'm still alive, so... 🤔

    Also, before you even mention it, I wasn't an obese child and use to run track.

      When a child sleeps ma lot, I think most parents are secretly thinking, "Thank goodness, the little brat isn't up and making noise, eating us out of house and home, fighting with anyone, getting in trouble...
