Doesnormalmatter: Obesity is caused by eating to much and not moving enough!
Doesnormalmatter: Sleep deprivation increases stress hormones with can increase appetite via increasing what people call 'stress eating'.
Sleep deprivation also can contribute to depression, even more so if someone has already been diagnose with depression which can make finding the motivation to make healthier decisions difficult like exercising or taking the time to cook better meals.
I understand you want to fuss at someone, but this a very weak argument you're starting over my choice of wording for a topic that's mainly about sleep. If you're that hung up about it, I'll add the word, "may," because that's really all that sentence needs.
