Is there a certain rule about when a person should tell you they love you? Be happy she loves you and doesn't hate you after three weeks. I think it is nice and cute that she thinks you may be the one. My girlfriend and I feel the same way about each other and now the trust issues I used to deal with are slowly going away. It is nice to be loved and love back. Only tell her you love her only if you actually feel that way.
