without trust there is no relationship. Personally my girlfriend and me tell each other everything. When something bothers us whoever of the opposite sex texts us, if we replied, and she hated my ex/bestfriend who i couldn't ever let go but i decided to keep my relationship with her and just explained to my bestfriend that we can't be texting late at night and hanging out whenever. my bestfriend totally understood.
as far as those kinds of ex's my gf had one that told her that the girl that loved him killed herself because she loved my girlfriend. My girlfriend didn't care because she had told him several times she loves me and not him.
and my girlfrined and me lost it to each other too
