I would cheat on her and hope it makes her dump you. Then you ARE hurting her, and hopefully make her see what a nastly little brat she is.
If not, then just dump her (cheating is optional).
NB: I don't believe there truly is such a thing as cheating, but that's what everyone else seems to call it.
For all you know, she could even be having relations with her friend behind your back anyway.
