Ok, the other day my girlfriend just started bawling her eyes out for no reason. She told me there was nothing wrong but I don't know what to think about the whole situation. I love her and it's really tough seeing her like that and when I did ask her why she was crying she told me that she just got sad for no reason.

Hormones make you insane for no reason. Sometimes it can't be explained beyond that.
It could either be:
1) Nothing at all, just hormons acting up.
2) A minor thing that got her upset and she rather not share it with you since she feels silly.
3) A major thing that got her upset,but she isnt in the mood to talk about it.
Either way, hug her and be randomly cute.
Other than period and attention, she could be depressed, stressed or anxious.
Awww. Hug and kiss her head. Yeah, I know that's what I want when I'm sad- not him asking me what's wrong with me over and over again or acting like a prick because he doesn't know how to react lol
She probably holding something back from you like it could be anything maybe like she doesn't know how to express her self to you about how she feels or maybe she just played you thinking about about and regreting it.
What wigsplitz said. It's normal and girls will say that there's nothing wrong even if they are bawling their eyes out. Best thing to do is hug her and kiss her head, make her feel comforted.
I do that. I just get sad for ^no particular reason. Best thing you can do is hug her and tell her you love her. (Of course that might cause another crying fit of "happy tears")
Is she pregnant? I did that when I was pregnant and ordinarily I'm about as emotional as a rock.
