all else aside, I;d take this as a complement; that she feels comfortable around you and is willing to let down her guard. Now, if she stops putting in effort in other areas that matter, that's another story.
Try sparking up the creativity by doing what you'd like her to do, simple golden rule : )
If that doesn't do it, there might be an underlying reason that needs to be discussed.)e.g depression. In that case just make sure to be tactful about it
