She's comfortable bro. My girl went from being all dolled up in furry hollister hoodies & raccoon make-up to wearing sweat pants & one of my concert t shirts with absolutely NO make up ever. I personally loved it. It showed me that she was absolutely comfortable being her natural self around me.
Just let her know that you like how she looks, but you feel like if you're taking her to do something special that she should dress special. If you just want her dolled up all the time then I think you're S.O.L.
It's sort of a double standard for guys. I couldn't imagine my girl saying "you know, you never wear your slacks & your button up shirt with your hair pulled back anymore." :P
