Ok, i got to say that Echoes advice is terrible, your girlfriend will just think you're eyeing up other women. Just say things to your girlfriend like "remember that dress you wore when we first went on a date? you looked sooo beautiful" or when she is wearing makeup, say "I love it when you do your eyes like that" etc. When she makes an effort, give her lots of physical attention and compliment her loads (not that you should stop complimenting her generally of course). The key to getting her to change is to reward her when she does make an effort, so she wants to do it all the time. Having said that, this is a sign of your girlfriend being comfortable with you, so dont expect her to glam herself up all the time, its not sustainable. Hope that helps.
