i think its because she is not "hunting" anymore or thinks she has to impress anyone. a lot of people get a bit lame when they are in a relationship.
if you tell her you would like to see her with makeup sometimes, she could ask you if you think she's ugly^^.
so...well...maybe just invite her on a nice dinner to an expensive restaurant where she "must" dress up to fit in. just like you should do when you're there
