Is it normal that my girlfriend can't have phone sex?

My girlfriend and I are both in prestigious university courses that require a lot of study, so we don't often see each other. When we do, sex is difficult, not because of us, but because we still live with our parents. So, we've had phone sex twice, and both times I've done all the work. It's disappointing because sex is a mutual act, and she shouldn't just expect me to do all the work; even if it's just over the phone. Is it normal to be feeling this way, or has a lack or regular sex distorted my vision regarding the subject? We're both 18 years-old.

    Girls usually dunno what to say. With my boyfriend at first I would get so into what he said I would be so passed being able to think right away lol, I had to literally remind myself before to start off first so that I could do it

    i had this problem before, do what flydz says, it will open doors for u hopefully, soon she will get more confident and start pulling her wieght. haha xD just be patient

    NO it is not normal for adults to have phone sex because adults get what is called a hotel room.

    I am assuming your donated 1.5 million ( insert currency ) to the university because this seems like a stupid question for someone that got into university threw HSC results and basic intelligence an intelligent university student would not even bother with phone sex as they would have a basic common sense to get a hotel room or would have their own house / apartment together.

    Morally challenged person might trick their parents to pay for their hotel room or they could use another persons credit card that they might of found in someone else letter box.
    granted it could be legal grey area not hard to send a e-mail.

    Well, maybe she doesn't know what to say, or she's just shy. I remember when I started having phone sex, the guy used to do all the work. Try to talk to her and ask her how she feels about phone sex.
