Just a personal preference. Some women can't be bothered to get glammed up for everyday situations and I don't blame them, it's just what she feels comfortable wearing.
It doesn't necessarily make her a "lesbian", it just means she likes baggy clothes. These are only "mens clothes" because society puts that label on them.
