Is it normal that my girl said we can sleep but no sex

Hi,i met a girl two weeks ago in town,she gave me her whatsapp contacts ,so since then we text each other day and night,even while she is at work,so after 3 days of texting,she was stressed and it was night,she text me and say"am stressed i can't sleep ,and am crying cause everything i do i fail ,i need happyness ,and please help me what i can do ",so i comforted her by warm messages after 5mins she asked me ,"don't you love me",the time she asked me this question,i never expect that she will ask me,so i said "honestly i love you" and of which i was honest but iwas not in rush to tell her and not even on whatsapp, so she said"why you did not tell me ,because i do love you too "i told her iwas shy and not in rush to say it, so then we text until she felt good,she told me about her secrets and her ex man who use to cheat on her,and how she is paranoid about man, me too i let her know about mine,so since that night we started to exchange romentic text,more phone calls till today and she is staying 50km away from me, so we agreed that next week friday the 28th she is coming to visit me,so my problem is she said we won't have sex ,because she just met me and saw me once she want to know me better and then later sex but not now ,so is this ok ???to sleep with a girl the whole night without sex.?
