Rabbits aren't the smartest animals, and they can get grumpy and bite. I don't know how common it is to spay or neuter rabbits, but they are not the nicest animals after they hit puberty.

No that is not a normal thing for a female to want (I am a girl and I think that is gross for my partner). Most people don't have that kind of kink, so in that way it's not normal. It's your choice though on whether or not you let her do that to you. Pee is sterile so there isn't really a risk of you getting sick from it. If you do decide to let her just ask her to drink some water before hand so it's not as strong and you should definitely drink water afterwards.
