Your insecurity almost sounds like it is founded in misogyny. If you love her and she loves you, her history shouldn't matter. If you're worried about her risk of being exposed to STD/STIs, go get tested and use protection. If you are bothered simply because she's had several partners, you should consider how society frowns upon women like this but not men and how that has effected your feelings of insecurity.
