I think your friend is being kind of a jackass to you, and I admire your wisdom in realizing that you can't control other people's behavior. You can, however, control how you interact with them. In her case, I would move her down from "best friend" status to "acquaintance" status.
Friends don't drop their friends to text and smoke weed with their friends' crushes. Your intuition is right; she's being a bad friend, not so much for spending time with your crush but for treating you so callously.
I know I said it before, but I really respect your maturity in staying calm and sorting out your feelings. It's often tough to unpack how you should handle something like this.
