Is it normal that my friend reply me messages very seldom

its all okay when we talk on chat, (usually, but not always, but ik she's busy when she dont answer on chat)

but i dont understand why cant she reply me my (cellphone) messages, well she says she did not hear the phone ring (okay, i trust, but why wont u put the loud to max or smmfn) u can wait her reply for houres (what if i needed her help real quick)-.-

even if we r chatting about smffn (on the cell) and we chat chat (not as long as probably good friends do) and i send the message that she really could answer (i mean the context just asks youre opinion or u 2 say smffn) but she dont even reply

well okay, sometimes i used that too , but very rarely and only not replyin the guys i did not even liked , lol ;D

but i cant understand her, why dont chu just reply me a dumb message even if it will be dumb, but we r friends, and i dont care what u type, at least send me a smile (i hate when ppl send me smiles, but i can make an exception for her) just let me now wis did fkn smile that u had read it and u have nffn to say or dont even want..

or why cant she just text me the message that kinda will close these theme we r talkin about..

(sorry for a pretty long story.....)

Q: idk ... is it normal that she like never reply me back (and our other bff also) ????
