Okay, I'm a guy and like my neighbor is always talking to me, and he also flirts with me, he always kisses my forehead, he's always massaging my neck, and he's always complimenting my legs, he always says that I have nice legs. He always wants to massage my feet and thighs, he's also running his foot from my thigh down. What does this mean??

    He's into you. If you like him back go for it, if not don't keep giving him the wrong idea by letting him continue flirting with you. He probably sees you as the boy next door eh?

    He's clearly flirting with you. If you zero interest in this guy you should let him know. Otherwise, you'll be leading him on and his behaviour won't stop.
