Is it normal that my friend keeps bragging about himself having a gf?

My friend keeps bragging it to my face and in addition he constantly laughs when I get rejected.

He does not care about what I think or what his other friends think. He's the reason why his other friends also turned against him.

He constantly does it to quote-on-quote "make me feel bad" but in reality it doesn't really make me feel bad.

I am ok with people having partners and whatnot but do you think he's gone extremely too far?

      I am not friends with him no more and I made sure his other friends know how much of a total jerk he really is. I may even tell his girlfriend to give him the ultimate taste of his own medicine.
