My friend and I are kinda feminine guys to be honest, and we always "joke" around and we touch our nipples, our faces, etc. We both like body modification and he's asked me to pierce his lip for him, and I did. We are like brothers and everyone thinks we're dating. But is it normal to be touching each other?
