I'm kind of at the same point but because of work schedules. He works 10pm-8am and I work 10 am-7or8 ish. I keep thinking "oh I'll wake up early to do him" but I always end up putting my alarm on snooze. It's ridiculous! We need to get our act together ha. Anyways, we just have sex on the weekend but a schedule isn't quite ideal. That's just what you might need to do though to get the ball rolling.
There's such a beautiful short story by Italo Calvino about a couple working opposite shifts in "Difficult Loves". If you ever get a chance, check it out - at a bookstore or library. It's just a few pages long. It's the "adventures of two spouses" or something similar.

Yeah we probably are tired most of the time, but it's not like our timing is an issue.
