It's not the "insensitivity" that I'm concerned about. It seems that he is only with her for her looks. That's not a healthy situation and its unfair to her if she's with him for love. It puts all of this pressure on her to look flawless all of the time, which is impossible. What about when she begins to age? Who would want someone that they genuinely love to up and leave them over something as natural as that.
