Is it normal that my feet are always hot?

Sometimes when I'm lying I my bed or something my feet will start getting really warm and I dislike is so much so I put a bit of water on my hands and cool my feet down I know this is gross but it always annoys me

    This happens to me too! Idk if it's normal though. I have asked so many people and they all said that this never happens to them
