Okay behavior and you should go to tbe police. If you are in the USA then what will happen is CPS will get a call and will get involved so that basically things will be out of your control at that point. My dad used to hit me and a friend at school got scared when she saw my bruises and told the school administration. CPS was called as is protocol and I was actually held captive at school until late that night being watched by a teacher because they had to investigate if my home was safe to return to (even with my mom there too). Be prepared for shit to hit the fan but if he's really hurting you and your mom you need to get that help

I'm worried if you go to the cops and your mom is frightened or whatever and doesn't want to press charges, you will be in the house with him after he knows you went to the cops. Can you stay somewhere else? Be careful please! She probably is so twisted in the head when it comes to him from all the years of abuse she probably feels she's deserves it, he will change, or it is her fault, I'm worried she will resent you for it and you're stuck with both of them in the house after.
