I didn't exactly see how the mom was talking shit. My brother's ex girlfriend is still a good friend of mine. My brother has since married someone else but my mom and I are still friends with his ex. It really doesn't have anything to do with you. I'd say the same thing to my bro's ex if his wife said something. It's an entirely different relationship that doesn't have to do with you. I don't think his mom is the immature one.
