Your ex is just feeling sorry for herself that it didn't work out as she planned. Now she sees you with a good life, and that you've moved on, she wants to get you back for some stability in her life. In that selfish process, she would be wrecking your life. She would then move on after a while, when you'd built up her confidence again.
Tell her you have a gf, it's been nice to reconnect but you're not interested. Block her if necessary.
