What a twisted game she's playing, definately not unheard of though. Shes doing it cause she was jealous of you for the guy you were with. No matter what you do she ends up "winning" in a way. She harasses you cause she still sees you as a threat and that he still has feelings for you and is almost forcing you to ignore her and ultimately him, or you can tough it out and want to keep him a part of your life and get constantly bullied by her. The healthiest thing for you to do is sadly just let her have him, try not to dwell on it and concider it a learning experience and find someone else. I sense you knew all this already and are humbly seeking support, if this is true then hang in there and you had it right all along. Your must be more of a live at let live type and her a live and let die, which makes you the better person overall.
I have found someone else, who coincidentally dated her before for 2 weeks. When she found out she called him and asked him to hang out with her and if she could spend the night but he kept ignoring her and she gave up after a month. I don't know why she sees me as a threat because I don't try to talk to my ex, he's tried talking to me maybe twice but I just tell him to go away. I wish I could get over this situation but its really annoying and I felt like venting about it I suppose.

She sees you as a threat not because you do or dont talk to your ex but maybe he still talks about you? This girl is obviously so consumed by jealousy of you. It sounds like she's using psychological projection as a defense mechanism and has certain insecurities about her looks and/or personality that are trigger by thoughts of you, when she calls you ugly it means she feels your more desirable than her and you make HER feel ugly, even if these are not your intentions, so she "projects" these feelings on to you by calling you ugly.
