Is it normal that my ears feel plugged up while exercising?

I am beginning to exercise more often in hopes of getting in shape (woot!), and every time I start running or doing something that gets my headrests going, my hearing changes. It feels like I am hearing myself breathe very loud, and it is so distracting! After I calm down the hearing goes back to normal. What is this and why is it happening?!

You might not be breathing correctly. Or what KittKatt says you might have sinus problems. That or you're forcing your body too much. You might just be about to pass out be careful.

Well your blood pressure is obviously going up while you excercise and that may somehow mess with the flow. Maybe it is a sinus thing.

sounds like sinus trouble, I have it too. Maybe speak to a doctor, and make sure you're not outside exercising in really cold weather!

This happened to me a couple times before but I don't know if it's normal.
