Have you spoke to a vet about it?? I think its because he knows your scent and unfortunately he wants u, thats why he keeps attacking your sheets. I know it might be creeping u out but would u consider letting him lick u? If u try he'll either do 2 things - he'll either lick u and try to mount u or he'll just turn and walk away. If he walks away then u know its definitely not u and its something about the bed thats making him do it. If he licks u then just lie back and enjoy it but dont let him mount u straight away - that needs preperation and it can go wrong if u arent ready for it.
