Is it normal that my dog licks me like crazy when i sing?

When I sing songs especially when they are Beatles songs my dog comes to me and begs for me to come to her so she could lick my face. If I am not that close to her she starts pawing me to get my attention. She could be minding her own business and relaxing soon as I sing she starts noticing.If she is very sleepy and lazy enough it takes a bit of a while. I don't think I am a bad singer.

Is It Normal?

    it is possible that if your dog doesnt like the way you sing, it asumes your in pain and is trying to comfort you. i think she is just showing concern for you.

    Its probably afraid, or thinks you are in distress/stressed, it licks you to either calm you down/ comfort you/ regurgitate what you have eaten/ licks you out of a fear and acknowledges your more dominant, it submits basically.

    Awww, that's sort of cute. Maybe she thinks you are howling and she's trying to reassure you?

    When I do yoga, my dog always thinks it's playtime and tries to snuffle around in my hair. It's distracting, but I never stop her because she's so adorable and fun.

    Dogs are awesome. :)
