Basically if I had to choose between my dog dying or a person in my life.. I think I'd choose the person. Is this normal?

        Nah, dogs will keep loving you after you stop feeding them. They'll just be very, very sad and won't understand what's going on. Feeding just jump-starts pet bonds. Intelligent pet bonds, anyway. Pet millipedes don't give a shit.

    My dog is one of my favourite things in life too. She is one of the things that keeps me sane and I call her my ray of sunshine.

    It's normal. Some pet dogs would fight for you if you were in danger. In fact, it's kinda adorable that you care so much.
