You got a skin fungus and your dog is repulsed by it. Just kidding. It has got to be a side effect of products you use for your hair. Some chemical in your hairgel or spray is making your dog go nuts. I think it is an interesting phenomenon and i would like to look deeper in it and possibly run some tests and take some samples. May be static electricity going from your head to your dog head. Did you brush your hair before this happened? Find out when it does not do it and what is different and you will get to the cause.
Is it normal that my dog does this when she smells my hair?

Yeah I noticed she goes crazier when I haven't washed my hair. It's so weird, but it cracks me up!
