We used to call my dad 'Mr Stick'
He was not an active participant in the family and watched TV most of the time when he was home. One day my mom said to him, 'If you don't move outa that chair you're gona grow roots!'
That's why, ever after he was called the Stick or Mr Stick.
I use my nickname as my username here :o)
Is it normal that my dad calls me 'little stick'?
