I'd just say keep applying pressure to it through a cloth (if it's a lot of blood) or another band-aid while you go tell your parents...

I'm not going to jump to conclusions and say that it's a huge deal or that it's no big deal at all considering we don't have all the details, but just tell your parents. They'll help out and possibly will take you to the doctors if it's serious enough. Good luck.
