    It's possible she doesn't quite mean what adults do when they say "turned on". But on the other hand it's certainly possible for anyone who has reached puberty to get those feelings. Either way it's normal.

    Yeah this is normal cause she's going through
    puberty her mind and body is sending her 2 different
    mixed signals she may like one boy on Monday and like
    another boy 2 weeks later this is all part of
    her growing up.

    My advice tell her just be careful cause people
    can break our hearts and not look back also you
    may want tell her your their to support her to
    make positive but the right decisions.
