I don't want to disagree with you because I often notice your posts and like you very much, but I think this a small matter of semantics. I think it may be down to the word "own". I can't answer for zchristian but I think it was a matter of owning one's children and that you should somehow "own" them more if they are disabled. I'm not sure either of us agrees with that.
