    Mentally defective?? That is totally offensive!! And you say stupid jimmy... Well my friend you spelt construction site wrong twice. It's site not sight and as it was bring your child to work day, he has every right to bring his child to work! Operating that machinery on the other hand was not a great idea. Maybe you should learn the correct wording because defective is insulting and nasty!
