Is it normal that my cat docent not like to eat cat treats?

The only "treat" my cat will eat is the water from a can of tuna and the occasional raw fish. But he never finishes it. I think it's normal and lucky to not have a cat bugging you for treats all the time.

My dog doesn't like dog treats. It's normal.
