Is it normal that my cat can't eat without me

My cat keeps thinkin that for some reason im her personal waiter that needs to not pet, not hold or cuddle her while she eats, but just watch her.... Yeah. JUST wAtCh her eat.. Literally just stand there (cus she doesnt lik me sitting next to her) and watch her eat.. Please tell me I'm not the only one.. Oh and she WILL NOT eat if I don't, instead she gets mad at me and slaps me in the back or face wen I'm sitting

    My parents used to have a cat that wouldn't eat unless my mum touched it's food. And, nobody else was allowed to pour him a serving of food either. Weird old feline..
