Is it normal that my brother told my mom to die?

My brother and I usually have to take care of mom while she is wheelchair bound, as her legs are paralyzed. I recently overheard my brother telling her to "hurry up and die already".

I don't know why he said that exactly, is this normal?

I have to take care of my mom, and sometimes I feel that way. I've never said it to here though.

It sounds like he feels frustrated and like a burden is on his shoulders. It's normal to feel that way, though it's not normal to tell your mom that.

Your brother I bet doesn't mean any of it and like what Cunsticlestick has mentioned it sounded like he was quite stressed so he released it on her. We've all been there when we've told our parents to die.
