My brother is 15 and I'm 18.
He always slap or grab my butt. Once, I asked him why he does that and he responds that I've got a nice little butt. Is that normal ?
well id say normal these days, my grandad, dad, mum, aunty and sis all slap my ass so I guess it's normal :P
Ahh family hahaha i think the people that said this wasn't normal clearly have no older/younger playfull siblings. My little brother and i use to do this stuff alot. I remember we played karate and we actually hurt eachother. But it was fun! Both of us would do that for like a good 30 minutes then get a juice box from the fridge. Damn i miss those days :S

I'm not 18 yet but if my 15 years old brother did that,a print of my foot on his ass would stay for couple of months.
The real question is whether it bothers you or you think it's funny/cute/whatever. If it bothers you then it's not okay (or normal) for him to keep doing something like that. If it doesn't bother you then it's just a harmless running joke.
You need to give your brother a nice little talk with your fists if he does that again.

It really could go either way. but slapping among siblings isn't in and of itself anything more than just silly sibling stuff. That happens in my family even (but nothing beyond that).
But, it sometimes can be a sign of something else (this depends on part on how he said what he said; obviously we weren't there to hear his tone).
Sometimes, I pinched or slapped the butt of my sister. When I do that, she is angry and she slapped my face.
